Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Education Specialist for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now.

What you will do in this role:

• Develops and maintains a timely, comprehensive training and assessment curriculum.
• Leads the implementation of all training initiatives. Monitors participant’s progress during training and identifies and elevates as necessary issues to management.
• Conducts training for employees and occasionally for other business partners.
• Performs other projects and assignments as directed.

What Qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or equivalent experience required

• 2 years’ work experience in healthcare environment preferred
• 5 years’ work experience in training preferred

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:

• No License Requirements
